|Diagnostic Only||Maybe you are not ready to invest in the price of fixing your computer. Allow us to do a Diagnostic on your PC. We will provide you with a detailed "Health Status Report" of your PC and suggest the best course of action. If you decide to purchase one of our services we will not charge you for the diagnostic.**||$45.00 Flat Rate|
Hourly pricing is quoted as the first hour. After the first hour you are billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Most issues are resolved within the first hour. Diagnostics and Packages are a flat rate and not billed hourly.
There is no tax on any service pricing.

We can fix over 90% of PC problems remotely. However, there is still that 10% of hardware related issues that are impossible to fix though a remote session. If for any reason we are unable to repair your computer but are able to diagnose the issue, we will refund the cost of the Remote Connection and only charge $45 for the Diagnostic.

Question: Is a Remote Connection safe?
Answer: Absolutely. We use government grade 256bit encryption while we are connected to you to ensure that we are the only one's able to see your computer.
Question: Once you are connected to my computer do I lose control over my PC?
Answer: Not at all, You still have complete control. You can still move the mouse and use the keyboard or even close the connection between us and your computer. (while we are working we ask that you refrain from touching the mouse or keyboard so we can do our job more quickly and efficiently.)
Question: When the connection is closed are you able to reconnect at will?
Answer: No. For security reasons each session must be requested by the user. Without your direct invitation and approvals we are unable to connect to your computer.
Question: Do I have to sit and wait in front of my computer for the work to be done?
Answer: In most cases the answer is no. However, there are times when we will require the user to be present.
Question: Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay?
Answer: Not at all. When you are on the payment page simply fill out the card information and click "Review Order and Continue"
* The personal data backup requires that you have an external hard drive or USB thumb drive for us to backup your files to.
